Job Summary
Prana Health is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The main responsibility will be to increase our referrals in new market of Raleigh and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare marketing, preferably with a pharmaceutical or medical device company and will excel in outside sales, business development, and account management, with a strong focus on B2B sales . This role offers the opportunity to engage in territory management, lead generation, and direct sales efforts across diverse markets. The Sales Representative will play a key role in expanding our customer base, delivering product/ service demos, and upselling solutions to meet client needs. A background in marketing, CRM software like Salesforce, and negotiation skills are highly valued to drive success in this position.

Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets within assigned territories through effective territory management.
  • Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining profitability.
  • Collaborate with management on sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and market analysis to optimize outreach efforts.
  • Utilize CRM software such as for tracking leads, managing customer information, and analyzing sales data.
  • Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue streams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings to effectively position solutions in the marketplace.

Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare is a must. We will prefer candidates with experience in Big Pharma or Medical Device Companies.
  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong management skills with experience in territory management and account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging clients effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for lead tracking and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to conduct compelling product demos and presentations that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability in business development, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales strategies.
  • Analytical skills for assessing market opportunities and developing targeted sales approaches.
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships.

Bonus and Commissions

  • Car allowance is paid monthly
  • We have an existing formula to pay production bonus with escalating bonus with the number of referrals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
