Job Summary:

Pragmatic Staging is a privately held Chantilly based company, We are a quality-driven company providing world-class services investing in residential and multifamily property development and offering high end designs in locations within the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

We are seeking a few creative and detail-oriented Home Stagers to join our team. The Home Stager will be responsible for enhancing the visual appeal of residential properties to attract potential buyers.

The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Head stager to understand client's needs and preferences
- Select and arrange furniture, artwork, and decor to stage homes effectively
- Create inviting atmospheres that highlight the property's best features
- Organize warehouse
- Coordinate with rest of warehouse crew
- Tracking install details & create daily report at the end of each project

Qualifications:

- 2 year of staging experience
- Strong sales skills to effectively communicate staging concepts to clients
- Knowledge of color theory to create harmonious living spaces
- Experience with budgeting to manage staging projects cost-effectively
- Background in building or remodeling is a plus
- Ability to work creatively and efficiently under pressure

Pay: $19.09 - $25.00 per hour
