We are Generac, a leading energy technology company committed to powering a smarter world.
Over the 60 plus years of Generac’s history, we’ve been dedicated to energy innovation. From creating the home standby generator market category, to our current evolution into an energy technology solutions company, we continue to push new boundaries.

As the company accelerates its Industrial Energy expansion, we are seeking an Integration & Growth Director to lead end‑to‑end M&A integration efforts and ensure acquired businesses are fully aligned, scalable, and positioned for long‑term value creation.
This role is a critical post‑merger integration (PMI) leadership position, responsible for translating deal intent into execution. The Integration & Growth Director will own integration strategy, drive cross‑functional execution, and deliver synergies across operations, systems, and culture. Success in this role requires deep M&A integration experience, strong influence at the executive level, and the ability to drive results in complex, ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
“We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.”
