Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth running of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating office activities, managing supplies, supporting staff, and maintaining a productive and efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate employee travel arrangements 
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate office procedures and workplace organization to ensure efficiency
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and coordinate with visitors
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management 
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations

Qualifications
  • Advanced level of English (C1)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Problem-solving skills, proactiveness and attention to detail
