- 6:05–6:35 PM | Heavenly Heirs & Gracefully Divine Tap | Ages 8–18
- 6:40–7:40 PM | Gracefully Divine Ballet | Ages 12–18
Tuesday
- 4:00–4:30 PM | Lilies of the Valley Tap | Ages 3–4
- 4:30–5:15 PM | Lilies of the Valley Ballet | Ages 3–4
- 5:20–5:50 PM | Joyful Angels Tap | Ages 5–7
- 5:50–6:35 PM | Joyful Angels Ballet | Ages 5–7
- 6:45–7:45 PM | Adult Ballet | Ages 18

Position Summary
We are currently seeking a joyful, dependable, and values-aligned Dance Instructor to teach classes for ages 3–18 & adults. This part-time position is ideal for someone who is passionate about both dance and discipleship, and who loves working with young children in a faith-based setting.
Job Type:
Part-Time
Pay: $18–$30 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Provide age-appropriate instruction that is fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate.
- Use clean, family-friendly music and maintain modest choreography and movement.
- Incorporate values and themes into class content in a gentle, age-appropriate way.
- Model positive character traits and create a kind, disciplined, and encouraging classroom environment.
- Maintain a safe studio space, including assisting with young dancers’ basic needs as appropriate (e.g., tying shoes, transitioning between activities).
- Communicate effectively with parents and studio staff.
- Participate in studio events such as recitals and picture week, as scheduled.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience teaching dancers (ages 3-18) in various styles including ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical/contemporary.
- Strong alignment with values and ability to incorporate faith into dance instruction
- Warm, patient, and enthusiastic teaching style
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to plan and execute lesson plans
- Dependable, punctual, and collaborative
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- Dance degree or certification is a plus but not required
