Prairieland Communications is looking for an entry level Marketing and Sales Executive to add to our team in Monmouth, IL. The professional candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, participating in event-marketing, promotions and servicing current customers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
• Maintain product knowledge by completing training modules and reviewing educational materials
• Participate in product and content knowledge sharing sessions to build community with other Prairieland Communications team members and our audience
• Engage with customers to help build and strengthen relationships
• Create advertising and marketing campaigns for both traditional broadcasts as well as digital/social media
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience required. Sales experience preferred but not required. Previous experience in sales or similar field preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
