Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
- Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.
- Answer call lights promptly and assist residents as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Work closely with nurses and other team members to provide exceptional care.
Qualifications
- Current Missouri CNA certification.
- Compassionate, dependable, and a positive team player.
- Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
