The Roles We’re Filling
We are looking for flexible team members ready to rotate through various vital positions, including:

The Culinary Core: Day, Evening, and Specialty Cooks (Salads & Desserts).

The Service Experts: Dining Room Dietary Aides.

The Safety Champions: Maintaining a sparkling clean cafeteria and kitchen environment.
What You’ll Do

Create with Care: Prepare meals following standardized recipes, ensuring every plate meets our high standards for nutrition and taste.

Grow Your Skills: From baking breads to mastering quantity food prep, you’ll receive on-the-job training and professional development.

Collaborate: Work closely with physicians (for therapeutic diets) and your fellow staff to ensure our patients’ needs are always met.

Keep it Clean: Maintain a safe, sanitary workspace because excellence starts with a clean kitchen.
What You’ll Bring

Education: A High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience: At least 6 months of work experience (food service preferred, but we love a quick learner!).

Communication: Ability to read, write, and follow directions with a positive, cooperative attitude.

Physical Agility: This is a high-energy role! You should be comfortable standing/walking for 90% of your shift, lifting up to 30 lbs, and working in various kitchen temperatures.

Compliance: Must be able to pass all state-mandated background checks, including KDADS and PRTF specific screenings.
