Prairie View is seeking a compassionate, licensed Outpatient Clinician to provide high-quality behavioral health services to adults and families in an outpatient setting. What You’ll Do

Provide outpatient behavioral health services, including assessments and individual, family, and group therapy

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation

Collaborate with referral sources, care providers, and interdisciplinary teams

Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and quality improvement activities

Maintain productivity expectations consistent with a full-time outpatient caseload

Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
Required:
-
Active professional licensure in the State of Kansas
-
Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
-
Ability to manage a clinical caseload and meet productivity standards

Flexibility in scheduling to meet client and organizational needs

Ability to pass required background screenings (KBI, Central Registry, DCF)
Preferred:
-
Independent licensure (LSCSW, LCMFT, LPC, PsyD, or PhD)

Candidates licensed as LMSW, LMFT, or LMLP who are actively working toward independent licensure are encouraged to apply
