How you will make an impact:
As a Caregiver at Prairie Senior Cottages, your main role is to provide personal care and services to memory care residents, following guidelines and regulations. This includes various tasks like regulatory compliance, handling emergencies, assisting residents with memory loss, organizing activities, and household management. The overarching goal is to maintain the highest level of care and services while upholding ethical standards and respecting the dignity of our residents and their families.
Variations:
- 2-week block schedule
- Every other weekend & every other holiday is a requirement
What you will need:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must pass a background check
- Experience working in a memory care setting is preferred but not required
