Full-Time | Four-Day Workweek | Marshfield, Wisconsin
Prairie Run Dental is looking for a caring and dependable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. This is a full-time position with a consistent four-day workweek, Monday through Thursday.
We are a privately owned dental practice that values compassionate patient care, teamwork, integrity, and clinical excellence. Responsibilities
- Provide thorough preventive and periodontal care
- Perform periodontal charting, radiographs, prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and other services within the dental hygiene scope of practice
- Educate patients about oral health and individualized home-care recommendations
- Review patient medical and dental histories
- Document treatment accurately in the patient record
- Communicate clinical findings and concerns with the treating dentist
- Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and respected
- Work collaboratively with the hygiene, assisting, administrative, and doctor teams
- Follow infection-control, safety, and clinical-quality standards
Qualifications
- Current Wisconsin dental hygiene license or eligibility for licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented approach
