Job Overview
We are looking for a Powersports Set-Up Technician / Accessory Installer to join our team and help bring new machines to life for our customers. This role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and perfect for someone who enjoys working with powersports equipment and takes pride in clean, professional work. You’ll be responsible for preparing new units for delivery, installing accessories, and making sure every machine leaves the shop looking sharp and ready to ride. No powersports experience required — just strong mechanical aptitude, a good attitude, and willingness to learn. We can train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new units
- Install accessories such as winches, plows, roofs, windshields, lighting, and audio systems
- Assist with basic assembly and setup of ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports vehicles
- Ensure all work is completed cleanly, safely, and to dealership standards
- Test functionality of installed parts and systems before delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Communicate with service and sales teams on job progress and parts needs
Skills & Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Experience with tools and basic mechanical work (preferred, not required)
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail — no “good enough” work allowed
- Valid driver’s license
- Positive attitude and solid work ethic (this one matters most)

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
