Maintenance Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), refrigeration, and kitchen equipment across our facilities. Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to accurately diagnose issues.
• Perform inspections and test water temperature weekly
• Perform inspections on plumbing; such as water facucets and toilets to ensure proper working conditions; repair,or install plumbing equipment if needed.
• Install, calibrate, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units and ventilation systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Repair or replace faulty components on appliances such as refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and other kitchen equipment.
• Operate company vehicles safely for maintenance tasks at various locations.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational standards.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize work orders efficiently while providing excellent customer service to internal clients.
• Repair and paint facility walls
• Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a strong background in appliance repair and mechanical systems repair.
• Knowledge of HVAC & appliance technology including HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) systems.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals accurately for troubleshooting purposes.
• Mechanical knowledge related to construction experience or equipment repair is highly desirable.
• Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices across diverse mechanical systems.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients.
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
