What you’ll be responsible for:
- Continuously monitor CCTV, closely scrutinizing all activities within camera range to ensure the protection of company assets.
- Complete necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Must maintain or augment skills through review and self‑study.
- To maintain the CCTV system by performing routine maintenance of all equipment, install cameras, relocate cameras and any other duties assigned to insure the integrity of the equipment of the Surveillance system.
- To accurately and quickly perform duties as assigned.
Requirements: High School Graduate or equivalent. Five years of Tech experience preferred. Networking, Routing, Switching, and Wireless experience preferred. Experience working man lift equipment and performing work at heights. Good organization skills and ability to maintain vendor and Tech support contacts. Proficiency in verbal and written communication. Must be capable of independently performing all job duties. Must maintain confidentiality and integrity of surveillance operations. Must demonstrate knowledge of CCTV equipment, computers and software, and the repair, maintenance and installation of the equipment required in these systems. Must demonstrate proficiency in rules, regulations and standard operating procedures. Required to have a working knowledge of the entire Surveillance Operations at an agent’s level. Ability to communicate and interact verbally and in writing with people of diverse backgrounds. Must have the ability to be on call on a rotating basis. Must pass all relevant departmental testing procedures with pre-determined standards (i.e. Table Games training program) Indoor and outdoor environment. Ability to work long and varied hours. Adequate vision to maintain surveillance or review video coverage. Ability to hear and respond to radio traffic and audible alarms. Extensive note taking and writing required. Counting and good math skills required. Good phone communication, oral communication, and written communication required. Review work orders on a daily basis. Monitor all equipment alarms and document malfunctions. Demonstrate strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technical concepts.
