What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at Prairie Meadows?
Shift: 11p-9a
Days Off: Sunday/Monday/Tuesday
Duties: Supervises and participates with maintenance personnel to ensure a safe environment for Prairie Meadows’ guests and employees. Supervises, coordinates and participates in the activities of the maintenance personnel in maintaining and repairing physical structures, machinery, equipment, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems. Distributes job assignments. Assists with scheduling & training employees.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Two or more years’ experience in maintenance field. Must hold a valid driver's license, have a safe driving record, and must meet company insurance requirements. Extended periods of standing and walking. May be on 24-hour call in case of emergency. Indoor and outdoor environment. Ability to communicate effectively and have strong supervisory skills. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
