Here’s what you’d be responsible for:
- Preparation of baked goods for our dining establishments
- Creative food presentation, tray set-up, and plating
- General cleaning duties of area and equipment
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must have previous baking experience. Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines preferred. Must be able to communicate effectively with people of diverse backgrounds. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time. Responsible handling of hot equipment, sharp objects, and navigating wet floors required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push a cart weighing up to 150 lbs. is required. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours is required.
