We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.Responsibilities:Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashionEstimate time and extent of repairsPerform routine preventive maintenanceMaintain material and supply inventoryOversee work performed by outside contractors as necessaryQualifications:Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVACMinimum of 2 years of relatable experience preferred, but not requiredPrevious experience in maintenance or other related fieldsFamiliarity with maintenance tools and equipmentAbility to handle physical workloadDeadline and detail-orientedCompany DescriptionPrairie Management & Development, Inc.
