We have openings for individuals with strong customer focus and who love to work with kids to join our team. Our Front Desk is the first point of contact for our customers when they check in for open play; this role is the starting point to the fun at Prairie Kids Club!
We are looking to fill the following shifts:
- Weekday Mornings: this shift is ideal for a stay-at-home parent that wants a few hours to do something for themselves while kids are in school!
- Weekday Evenings: this shift is ideal for someone looking for a second job or a college student!
- Weekends: This shift is ideal for someone looking for an every/other weekend role with Sundays off in the summer!

Prairie Kids Club is kids' activity gym located in the front of the Sun Prairie Business Park, right off Highway 151. We offer a variety of classes including gymnastics, tumbling, all abilities, cheerleading and ninja classes. We are also the home of the Sun Prairie competitive cheerleading club. We offer daily open gym times, birthday parties and field trips.
The primary responsibility of this role is to check kids in for open gym/classes/parties; answer/respond to incoming call/email inquiries from customers; sell concessions, light cleaning of common space at the end of the shift and administrative/project work as assigned.
Our ideal teammate would have customer focus and previous experience working around kids is ideal. If you are someone who is warm, friendly, outgoing, reliable and a little silly, we can teach you everything you need to know about PKC to be amazing in this role!! Creative individuals with experience in Canva/Cricut highly encouraged to apply! All employees must be able to successfully pass a background check and be CPR/First Aid certified or obtain certification within first year of employment (company paid). Must have ability to lift gym equipment up to 20 pounds on a regular basis. For insurance purposes, this role is only open to adults.
All PKC staff kids get free admission for open gyms/special events and discounted tuition for classes, teams and parties. We offer a casual team-oriented, family focused work environment.
