Job Description
We are seeking motivated CNAs to join our team on a Full Time Basis. We need to fill both Weekend Doubles positions and 3rd shift (11P-7A) positions. Each of these roles offer an exciting opportunity to provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating, grooming, and mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Take vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, pulse and respiration; accurately document findings using Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, PointClickCare.
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding patient conditions and any changes observed.
Experience
- Previous experience working as a CNA or in a healthcare setting such as a hospital, nursing home, assisted living facility or home care is highly preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while providing exceptional patient care.
License/Certification
- CNA Certification (Required)
