Low Slope Roofing Estimator

We take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and building lasting relationships with our General Contractor (GC) partners. As our commercial division continues to grow, we’re looking to add a skilled and motivated Low Slope Roofing Estimator to our estimating team.

Position Overview:

This role is a key part of our commercial team, responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for low-slope roofing projects. The ideal candidate will also oversee siding bid preparation and ensure consistent follow-up with GC clients on all submitted proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for commercial low-slope roofing projects.
• Oversee and review siding bids to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
• Maintain proactive communication and follow-up with GC clients regarding all submitted bids.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff from estimating to project execution.
• Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and pricing to maintain competitive edge.
• Maintain organized records of estimates, bid documents, and client communications.

Qualifications:

• Experience in roofing estimation, with a focus on low slope systems (commercial experience preferred).
• Familiarity with siding systems and bid processes.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
