What you will Need:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' previous engineering experience
- Licensure: Current Professional Engineer in Illinois or the ability to obtain within the first 6 months of employment
- Software: Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Plan, design, and construction administration of HVAC, chilled/hot water, plumbing, and fire protection systems for military and institutional facilities.
- Oversee project construction from start through completion.
- Maintain focus on timely project delivery and superior client service with attention to detail and deadlines.
- People Focused: Professional, respectful, and teamoriented, with a strong work ethic and the ability to collaborate internally and externally.
- Can Do Attitude: Positively engages with challenges, facilitates problemsolving, and takes initiative to deliver solutions.
- Responsive: Communicates openly, proactively, and promptly, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary : $75,000 - $150,000
