Responsibilities
- Welcome Patients with a Smile: Your warm greeting sets the tone for each patient's visit. Make them feel right at home from the moment they step through our doors.
- Update Patient Information: Keep our records shipshape by maintaining accurate patient information, including contact details, medical history, and insurance info.
- Appointment Confirmations: Ensure our schedule stays on track by reaching out to patients to confirm upcoming appointments via phone, email, or text.
- Patients Retention (Recare): Help us keep our patients smiling by encouraging regular dental visits and scheduling routine hygiene appointments.
- New Patient Call Conversion: Be our ambassador to prospective patients! Provide information about our services and benefits, and assist in converting inquires into appointments.
- Hygiene Schedule Management: Keep things running smoothly by coordinating hygiene schedules to optimize patient flow and productivity.
- Insurance Verfication: Ensure our patients understand their coverage and benefits, and handle insurance verification with finesse.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: Your friendly demeanor and clear communication will make every patient feel at ease.
- Proficiency in dental practice management software: Experience with software like Open Dental is a plus!
