Are you a licensed professional with a passion for leadership and person-centered care for people we support in a 245I licensed program? At PCS, we're looking for a dedicated Treatment Director/Mental Health Professional to lead our team while ensuring the highest standards of care in our 245I licensed program.
In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee treatment services, guide staff, and ensure our program meets all Federal, State, and local regulations. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the therapeutic environment for adults with mental illness.
Essential Functions include:
- Provide leadership and supervision to Treatment Supervisors.
- Oversee clinical services and ensure compliance with 245I licensing standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure program quality and consistency.
- Implement and train staff in evidence-based treatment models.
- Collaborate with nursing and training teams to ensure staff development.
- Maintain open communication with the Regional Director and other leadership
