What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Prairie Center Market?
This is a stable part-time to full-time position in a relaxed environment that offers some scheduling flexibility. As the Office Manager, your primary duties will involve daily bookkeeping, filing, and maintaining a check register. Additional tasks may include onboarding new employees, managing office supplies, interacting with vendors, preparing accounts payable/ receivable, and managing personal and payroll information for employees. You will also work closely with our CPA to ensure accurate financial records.
Relevant skills and experience:
Organization and attention to detail
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Experience with record keeping
Proficiency in office software, including Quickbooks, spreadsheets, word processing , email
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
