Core Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a 6-10 man crew on active job sites
- Drive production and ensure daily and weekly output targets are met
- Plan work ahead of time to eliminate slowdowns and inefficiencies
- Conduct daily safety talks and enforce all safety standards
- Execute and enforce lockout/tagout procedures where required
- Anticipate problems before they happen and take action early
- Train, coach, and develop younger crew members
- Assign work clearly and track performance and skill development
- Hold crew members accountable to their assigned tasks
- Maintain job site organization, cleanliness, and workflow
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and job sequencing
- You lead with clarity and direction, not confusion
- You develop people, not just complete tasks
- You correct issues immediately, not later
- You hold the line when standards are not met
- If a crew member fails to perform, you address it and follow through with consequences

- Strong background in framing, siding, roofing, and post frame construction
- Working knowledge of basic concrete work

Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
