Role: This position will oversee the daily operations of the Food Sovereignty Department by working directly with the other departments in the Nation to establish, promote, and maintain a food sovereignty program that builds tribal food systems for the community; medicinal value and cultural significance of plant foods; agriculture and cultural preservation of traditional foods; distribution, tracking and gardening.

Minimum Requirements:
Experience:Two years of program management experience, customer relations and grant writing experience. At least two years of agriculture/horticulture field experience.
Education: AA/Certificate in agriculture technology, environmental science, agribusiness, plant sciences, agricultural leadership or food science and nutrition.
