The IT System Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the firm’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments. This role ensures system reliability, security, and performance while supporting business operations and compliance requirements.
This position supports remote work arrangements. All candidates based in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
System Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and network devices
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uptime and efficiency
- Manage firewalls, VPNs, and network security protocols
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect firm data
- Administer cloud-based services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure) and virtual environments
- Optimize resource allocation and scalability for business needs
- Develop and maintain backup strategies and disaster recovery plans
- Ensure data integrity and availability in case of system failures
- Provide Level 3 support for escalated technical issues
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Up to 5 years of experience in system administration or IT infrastructure roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and virtualization technologies
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, CompTIA Network , VMware) preferred

Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
