Praetorian Power Protection, the leader in NETA testing and staff augmentation to the mission critical industry, has partnered with one of our General Contractor client. This GC is very strong and in growth mode. Due to significant growth, they are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their Philadelphia team. As a Sr Project Manager, you will be someone who thrives on the complexity of industrial construction. You aren’t just managing a checklist; you are the master of the project lifecycle. You will drive large-scale projects (manufacturing, cold storage, logistics) from the very first client interaction in preconstruction all the way through to final closeout.
You will serve as the primary relationship builder with their clients while acting as a mentor to the younger project managers. If you are a design-build expert who knows how to balance technical demands with strong leadership, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do
- Own the Lifecycle: Lead design-build projects from concept and preconstruction to successful turnover.
- Lead the Team: Manage internal teams, subcontractors, and design partners, ensuring everyone is aligned on schedule and safety.
- Protect the Bottom Line: Manage budgets over $10M, handling forecasting, buyouts, and change management with financial precision.
- Build Relationships: serve as the main point of contact for clients, turning one-off projects into long-term partnerships.
- Mentor: Use your experience to guide, train, and elevate less experienced PMs and engineers.
- 10–12 years of construction project management experience.
- Must have: Proven experience with Industrial Construction (Manufacturing, F&B, Cold Storage, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
- Strong tech stack: Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project and Procore (or similar).
- A track record of managing budgets >$10M.
Salary : $130,000 - $170,000
