What You'll Be Doing
- Own the day-to-day site quality program and serve as the owner's representative on the ground
- Coordinate between the third-party QA/QC inspection firm and the General Contractor on scope, findings, and corrective actions
- Hold the GC accountable for quality conformance, NCR resolution, and ITP adherence
- Conduct independent field inspections and maintain thorough daily records, photo documentation, and weekly quality reports
- Keep quality milestones moving so they never slow down the construction schedule
What We're Looking For
- 7 years of field construction experience with a strong QA/QC background
- Data center or mission-critical construction experience strongly preferred
- Prior owner's rep or third-party QA/QC inspector experience
- Solid knowledge of NCR processes, ITPs, and construction documentation
- Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
- Strong written communication and a professional presence on the job site
- Ability to mobilize within two weeks
- CQM, CQMC, ICC, or equivalent certification a plus
Salary : $60 - $80
