- Direct and manage all daily MEP site operations, ensuring compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Coordinate closely with field personnel to align with the project plan.
- Maintain clear communication with the Project Manager regarding daily progress, issues, and solutions.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Contribute to project planning phases such as start-up meetings and scheduling, ensuring a robust mobilization strategy.
- Oversee subcontractor performance ensuring adherence to quality and ethical standards.
- Lead safety meetings and inspections to uphold stringent safety protocols across the site.
- Implement quality management practices including benchmarking and first delivery inspections within scheduled timelines.
- Handle subcontractor closeout processes including utility transfers and owner training.
- 5 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing and building controls systems, with 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in data center construction.
- Strong understanding of mechanical building system engineering principles.
- Expertise in LOTO/Control of Hazardous Energy Programs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical scopes.

- 5 10 hour shifts (last 10 is OT)
