This role will act as a technical lead and subject matter expert (SME) for Power Platform-based data analytics solutions, enabling mission-critical insights and application development.
This position plays a central role in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade data solutions leveraging Microsoft’s Power Platform ecosystem in a secure federal environment. “US Citizenship is Required.”

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead for end-to-end development of Power Platform solutions
- Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using:
- Power BI
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Perform data modeling, transformation, and integration across multiple data sources
- Develop intuitive dashboards, reports, and user interfaces for stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for Power Platform implementations
- Lead architectural design and contribute to solution strategy
- Gather and refine requirements through stakeholder engagement
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement enhancements
- Deliver technical briefings, documentation, and presentations
- Collaborate with DOJ OCIO and ASB stakeholders to align solutions with enterprise strategy
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, application development, or data engineering
- Demonstrated experience with:
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Data modeling and transformation
- Dashboard and report development
- Proven ability to serve as a technical lead or SME
- Prior Experience supporting federal clients, preferably DOJ
- Public Trust or higher level security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Strong expertise in Power Platform architecture and development
- Experience integrating and analyzing data from multiple sources
- Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem tools such as:
- Azure
- Office 365
- SharePoint
- Ability to design scalable, user-friendly data solutions
- Knowledge of low-code/no-code development environments
- Experience working in FedRAMP-authorized cloud environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences
