Job Description: We are seeking a reliable Accounting Office Assistant with experience using QuickBooks Desktop to support day-to-day accounting and administrative operations. This role is detail-oriented and task-driven, with a focus on accounts payable and document organization. You will work closely with the business owner and operators.
Location: On-site, remote work not available
Key Responsibilities:
- Use QuickBooks Desktop to support accounts payable
- Enter vendor invoices
- Prepare invoices for payment
- Print and process checks
- Scan paper documents accurately and consistently
- Upload documents to designated electronic filing systems
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital records
- Provide general office support as needed
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop is required
- Experience with accounts payable processes preferred
- Comfortable scanning, uploading, and organizing documents
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with file organization
Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 per week
