Clinical Demo Manager

Position Summary

PracticeSuite is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Clinical Demo Manager to serve as the subject matter expert for all product demonstrations conducted during the sales process. This individual contributor role is responsible for leading compelling, customized product demonstrations for prospective clients, showcasing the value of PracticeSuite's Electronic Health Record (EHR), Practice Management, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and Patient Engagement solutions.

The Clinical Demo Manager will partner closely with Sales Executives, Solutions Consultants, Product Management, and Customer Success teams to ensure demonstrations align with prospect needs and effectively communicate PracticeSuite's capabilities. This role requires deep healthcare workflow knowledge, exceptional presentation skills, and the ability to translate complex clinical and operational processes into meaningful business value for healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner and expert for all prospect-facing product demonstrations.

• Lead live and virtual demonstrations for physician practices, medical groups, billing companies, and healthcare organizations.

• Customize demonstrations based on prospect specialties, workflows, operational challenges, and business objectives.

• Collaborate with Sales Executives throughout the sales cycle to develop demonstration strategies that support deal progression and closure.

• Deliver engaging presentations that clearly articulate PracticeSuite's competitive advantages and value proposition.

• Conduct discovery sessions to understand prospect requirements and tailor demonstrations accordingly.

• Manage demonstration environments, data sets, and workflows to ensure a seamless presentation experience.

• Develop a deep understanding of PracticeSuite's EHR, Practice Management, RCM, Patient Engagement, and interoperability solutions.

• Demonstrate clinical workflows including patient intake, charting, e-prescribing, scheduling, billing, coding, claims management, and reporting.

• Act as a trusted advisor to prospects by providing best-practice recommendations and workflow guidance.

• Translate clinical, financial, and operational requirements into effective product demonstrations.

• Maintain and enhance standardized demo scripts, specialty-specific workflows, and presentation materials.

• Work closely with Product Management to stay current on new features, enhancements, and product roadmap initiatives.

• Gather and communicate prospect feedback to Product, Sales, and Executive Leadership teams.

• Continuously improve demonstration methodologies to increase prospect engagement and win rates.

• Assist in creating demo content, videos, presentations, and sales enablement materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Health Information Management, Business, or related field.

• 5 years of experience in healthcare technology, EHR, Practice Management, Revenue Cycle Management, Clinical Operations, or Healthcare Consulting.

• 3 years of experience delivering software demonstrations, training, or client presentations.

• Strong understanding of ambulatory healthcare workflows and provider operations.

• Exceptional presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.

• Ability to explain complex software solutions to both clinical and executive audiences.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.

• Experience with EHR, Practice Management, or RCM platforms.

• Previous experience in healthcare SaaS organizations.

• Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market software sales organizations.

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, billing processes, and clinical documentation workflows.
