Role Description
There is a part-time and full-time hybrid role for an LAC/LPC or similar license. The position is based in Mesa, AZ, with the flexibility to work from home. The Associate will play a key role in supporting clients with trauma-informed client-centered care and coordinating patient services. Responsibilities include providing therapeutic services to clients, managing records, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure the highest level of patient care.

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on patient interactions
- Competence in managing client records, scheduling, and general office tasks
- Ability to collaborate with diverse healthcare teams in a professional and courteous manner
- Proficiency in using technology platforms, including electronic health records and standard office software
- Experience in a healthcare setting or customer service is a plus
- Master’s degree and at least an LAC or relevant board certifications
