Urology Physician Job with Tenet Healthcare in Goodyear, AZ

Tenet Healthcare is partnering with an established, high-volume private urology group in the Phoenix West Valley to recruit a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Urologist. Position Highlights

• Established 3-physician private practice supported by 7 experienced APPs
• Clinic located in the Medical Office Building (MOB) on campus at Abrazo West Campus (Goodyear, AZ) directly adjacent to inpatient services and ORs
• Additional privileges and procedural access at Abrazo Arrowhead Campus (approximately 20-25 minutes away)
• Da Vinci robotic surgery platform available
• Aquablation technology available
• Comprehensive service lines including robotic surgery, urologic oncology, female urology, stone and laser surgery, BPH/UroLift, pelvic floor reconstruction, male infertility, prosthetics, Aquablation, and InterStim therapy
• Established referral base with immediate volume
  
  

Schedule & Clinical Structure

• Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 3 Clinic Days | 2 OR Days
• ~40 patients per clinic day
• Clinical Split: 65% Outpatient | 25% Inpatient | 10% Rounding
• Call: 1:4 rotation, shared equitably among partners
• Weekend coverage: 1 in 4
