Expected pay for this position is $60.39 - $68.10/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.

Overview

Overview:

The Advanced Practice Nurse will be responsible for:

• Providing high quality patient care to the patients of OSF OnCall Urgent Care.
• Maintaining the consistency and quality of all services provided.
• Maintaining full and current patient medical records, including reports of all examinations, procedures, and other services performed by the provider or other support staff.
• Exercising diligence in assisting the OSF CEO in keeping costs of the practice to a minimum while maintaining a high level of quality care for patients.
• Providing a truly personalized, patient-centric experience to all patients of OSF OnCall Urgent Care.
• May be required to float between clinics as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree
• Licensure/ Certification: IL Advanced Prac Nurse, IL Registered Nurse License, PA License (if applicable), BLS
• Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care that is appropriate to the ages of the patients served.
• Prior experience or fellowship as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant in an urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care setting is preferred but new graduates will be considered.

• Clinical base hourly pay range for this position: $60.39 - $68.10.
• Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.
