- Hands-on surgical experience in a leading regional hospital
- Perform inpatient neurosurgery consults and follow-ups (average 4 per day; volume varies).
- Serve as first assistant in the operating room, primarily responsible for assisting with procedures and performing wound closure.
- Participate in outpatient clinic for pre- and post-operative patient management.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C).
- Eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical assessment skills are required.
- Interest in neurosurgery or surgical specialties preferred.
