- All shifts will be CST
- Weekend Daytime Coverage – 7am to 7pm
- Compensation plan: virtual psychiatrists are on a shift based plan
- Shift Rate = $2,268
- Includes a retention incentive for qualified candidates: $75,000 retention incentive forgiven over 3 yrs
- Cover real-time ER needs in both a tertiary center and rural critical access hospitals
- Patient rounding on behavioral health units and consulting on medical floors during the weekend
- General Psychiatry (see all ages)
- Support from local clinician and nurse
- REMOTE, opportunity, psychiatrist can live/work virtually (from home office) in a number of states with some exclusions
- Candidate will need to obtain IA, MN, ND, and SD medical licenses and obtain privileges supporting the enterprise
