What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plastic Surgery Physician Job with West Florida Medical Center Clinic in Pensacola, FL position at PracticeLink?
Here is a GREAT opportunity for a physician who is seeking a successful Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery practice AND high quality of life on the beautiful Gulf Coast.
We have an opportunity for a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon to join our multi-specialty private group and work closely with our busy Dermatology practice, which currently has 2 General Dermatologists, 1 Cosmetic Dermatologist, 2 Mohs Surgeons, and multiple Advanced Practice Providers. The current practice is 90% outpatient based and leans heavily toward dermatologic reconstructive procedures. There are also opportunities for a cosmetic practice, depending on the individual candidate’s preference. We have a retiring Plastic Surgeon willing to work with the new joining Surgeon to help with a smooth transition and maintain the current patient practice. We are open to experienced physicians or new graduates.
Office-based and Ambulatory Surgery Center cases are the majority of cases in the current practice. The practice is also physically attached to – but not affiliated with – HCA Florida West Hospital. This offers the opportunity for inpatient procedures or those cases requiring a higher level of care.
Physicians who join this organization typically remain for decades. Our physicians practice alongside long-standing colleagues across multiple specialties who have built their careers within this organization.
