NORTH/CENTRAL OHIO (USA). Multi-Hospital Practice searching for a full-time Medical Director for Pathology and Clinical Laboratory Services for a three-hospital healthcare system. Pathology responsibility includes oversight of 3 pathologists and one pathologist assistant.

Practice Overview:

• General Surg Path Practice
• Reasonable Case Load
• Participation in Tumor Board and On-Call coverage
• No autopsies
• PA on-site to perform grossing
  
  

Required:

• M.D./D.O. with Board certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology
• Licensure by the State of Ohio Board of Medicine
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Laboratory Director
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to interact with medical center physicians, hospital administration and laboratory staff
