Position Overview
The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and administrative management of multiple clinic locations in Connecticut and Kansas. The Practice Manager will work closely with executive leadership, including the Chief Operating Officer (COO), to implement operational strategies, standardize processes across locations, and support organizational growth.

This role serves as a key liaison between clinic operations and corporate leadership, ensuring efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, revenue optimization, and delivery of high-quality patient care.
The Practice Manager will work closely with executive leadership, including the Chief Operating Officer (COO), to implement operational strategies, standardize processes across locations, and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple clinic locations, ensuring efficient and consistent workflows
- Monitor and improve operational KPIs, patient flow, and clinic productivity
- Supervise and support administrative and front-office staff, including scheduling, performance management, and training
- Coordinate with corporate departments such as IT, HR, Accounting/Payroll, Credentialing, and Revenue Cycle Management
- Support revenue cycle operations, including billing, coding coordination, payer relations, and denial management
- Assist with budgeting, financial performance monitoring, and cost-control initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, OSHA, and applicable Connecticut and Kansas healthcare regulations
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures and clinic policies
- Support provider scheduling, credentialing coordination, and operational needs across locations
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clinic staff and executive leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 3–7 years of healthcare practice management experience
- Experience managing multi-location clinic operations preferred
- Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management, payer processes, and healthcare compliance
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities
