Sarasota Memorial First Physicians Group is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Laryngologist. This is an excellent opportunity to build and expand a comprehensive voice, airway, and swallowing program in a collaborative, well-established practice within an expanding Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery Section. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in office-based procedures, complex airway management and comprehensive care of professional voice users.

Opportunity Highlights:
- Established referral base with strong community presence and regional draw
- Dedicated Voice, Airway and Swallowing center
- Access to state-of-the-art equipment and in office procedure room including videostroboscopy and in-office laryngeal procedural equipment including EMG, injections, etc
- Multidisciplinary collaboration and clinic support with Speech-Language Pathology
- Dedicated clinical support staff
- Dedicated procedure days built into weekly schedule
- OR block time with an experienced airway team
- Diagnose and manage disorders of the larynx, voice, airway, and swallowing
- Perform office-based laryngeal procedures and operative interventions
- Collaborate with speech-language pathologists and other specialists
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and practice development
- Participate in shared call coverage (ENT-general call structure)

- Sarasota Memorial and First Physicians Group are not-for-profit organizations. Physicians can participate in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program if employed by First Physicians Group
- No State income tax in Florida
- MD or DO from an accredited school of medicine.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible.
- Fellowship training in Laryngology (preferred but not required)
- Active or eligible for Florida medical license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
