Join our Otolaryngology (ENT) team at PeaceHealth University District in Eugene, Oregon. We are seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support our busy and well?established general ENT practice.
This role includes outpatient clinic care with optional OR first assist opportunities for candidates interested in procedural support. We offer a predictable schedule with no nights or weekends, making this an appealing role for advanced practice clinicians seeking strong work?life balance.
Our team currently includes 4 ENT physicians, 1 PA, and 5 audiologists who collaborate closely to provide comprehensive ear, nose, and throat care to a diverse patient population. ENT experience is preferred, but we are willing to train a motivated candidate with strong interest in the specialty.

- Salary range: $148,678.40 – $177,819.20 (based on 1.0 FTE)

Requirements
- Required: Nurse Practitioner Board Certification (AANC) or Physician Assistant Board Certification (NCCPA)
- Required: Active ARNP or PA license in Oregon, or ability to obtain during the credentialing process
- Required: Certification in BLS, ACLS, or PALS within 30 days of hire
- Preferred: ENT experience (willing to train the right candidate)
