24-hour call shifts 4-5 times a month, in office 3-4 times a week.

Responsibilities:
- Provides clinical obstetrical and gynecological services and associated administrative and on-call services to Thompson Obstetrics and Gynecology patients.
- Provides consistent, high quality, evidence-based care.
- Supports office staff in development and performance of efficient office practices.
- Liaisons with practice management and hospital administration on behalf of the practice.
- Liaisons with staff on behalf of practice management and hospital administration.
- Fosters a cohesive Thompson Obstetrics and Gynecology group identity.
- Complies with all regulatory requirements applicable to Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Provides patient management that aligns Thompson Obstetrics and Gynecology goals with overall health system goals.
- Always puts the needs of the patient first.
Hours:
24-hour call shifts 4-5 times a month, in office 3-4 times a week.
Education:
- Graduation from an accredited Medical School Required (M.D. or D.O.)
- Completion of Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology Required.
- Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 Coding Preferred
- Maintains CME per requirements for Board Certification
- Current BLS certification
- NRP Certification Required
- BC/BE in OB/GYN
- Must possess an unrestricted New York State License or be eligible to be licensed in the state of New York
- DEA Licensure Required
