Santa Rosa Medical Center is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN to join a growing, hospital-employed practice in Milton, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established, high-quality team with strong referral support and access to DaVinci robotics.

Practice Overview

• Hospital-employed, multi-specialty group
• 3 OB/GYN physicians 1 APP
• APP-friendly model
• 50% OB / 50% GYN mix
• 20–22 patients per day
• Dedicated OR block time
• Minor procedures in clinic (colposcopy, biopsy, IUDs)
• Major cases performed in main OR
• Full-time anesthesia coverage
• EMR: Cerner & Athena
• Robotics: 2 XI DaVinci systems
• 5 Labor & Delivery rooms
• Level I Nursery
• Dedicated C-section OR
  
  

Growth & Referral Base

• Over 20 employed primary care providers
• Strong independent referral relationships
• Expanding into Cantonment (2026)
• Projected market growth of 8%
• Two busy urgent care centers
• One freestanding ED
  
  

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Eligible for Florida licensure
• Robotics training required
• Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
• Team-oriented and collaborative
