Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner Job with Norwalk Community Health Center (NCHC) in Norwalk, CT

Norwalk Community Health Center is looking for a talented Internal Medicine Physician to step into our culturally diverse and team-based southern CT facilities located in Fairfield County. Qualifications

• Possess license to practice medicine in the State of Connecticut
• Board certified in Internal Medicine
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational skills, and decision–making skills
• Excellent computer skills and a significant base of Electronic Medical Record experience
• Ability to work with a culturally diverse population
• Graduate of an accredited medical residency program or an accredited, nationally recognized physician assistant or nurse practitioner training program
• Minimum of three to five years’ experience as a provider in adult ambulatory care
• Demonstrated accomplishment and leadership in a community–based, culturally diverse health care delivery setting
  
  

Bi-Lingual (English – Spanish) preferred

NCHC is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Physicians working for an FQHC are eligible for up to $120,000 through the Federal Loan Repayment Program.

We offer flexible schedules with general daytime hours Monday – Friday, with option of up to 3 evenings per week and Saturday hours.
