Position Highlights:
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday | 9 clinic sessions/week (8 a.m. - 12 p.m., 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.)
- Patient Volume: 16 patients/day
- Collaborative Care: Function as a collaborative partner with residents and other clinicians in a team-oriented environment
- Clinical Responsibilities: Manage patient care, well and sick visits, hospital follow-ups, annual wellness visits, diagnostic tests, medication prescriptions, education, and consultation
- Opportunities for Growth: Contribute to research and utilize resources for continued professional development
- Nurse Practitioner: FNP, AGACNP, or ACNP
- 3 years of Primary Care experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
- Current Arizona License or eligibility to obtain
- Board Certification and current CPR, BLS, ACLS
- DEA license for controlled substances (or eligibility)
