TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our highly skilled hospital medicine team at Doctors Hospital of Augusta in Augusta, Georgia! The provider hired for this role will work a night shift schedule from 6 pm to 6 am.

- Doctors Hospital of Augusta is a 350-bed full service hospital
- Level II trauma center
- Certified Primary Stroke Center and Accredited Chest Pain Center
- EMR: Meditech
- 7 on, 7 off block schedule model
- Great compensation package with bonus incentive
- No solo provider coverage required. The provider hired for this role will work alongside a hospitalist physician
- Closed ICU: 20-bed
- Inpatient background is preferred, but new graduates are also welcome to apply
- Typical nocturnist responsibilities: submitting orders (pain management), consults for new admissions, and providing cross coverage for calls
- Average admissions on the night shift is between 6-8
