Physician-Acute Care Surgeon:
Central Maine Healthcare is seeking a full-time trauma/ acute care surgeon to join our surgical practice in the division of Trauma, Critical Care & General Surgery. Our Level 3 ACS verified Trauma Center is supported by a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals which includes seven critical care surgeons. The group covers Emergency Surgery 24/7, Trauma ICU and ER. There is a focused elective general surgery practice that includes, Bariatric Surgery, Colorectal Surgery & Surgical Oncology.

Maine has lots to offer outdoor enthusiasts throughout the year from camping, hiking, biking, swimming, skiing, etc. Within the state there is a burgeoning food, craft drink and entertainment scene. Responsibilities:
- 12- hour primary in-house cover, 14 shifts per month
- ATLS
- Board certified/eligible in General Surgery
