Compensation And Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $325,000 - $360,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model. Opportunity Details
- 100% outpatient; Monday - Friday
- Patient Centered Medical Home Model
- Family Medicine is housed in a large multi-specialty center which includes Adult Medicine and Pediatrics as well as Convenient Care, Endocrinology, Rheumatology, Cardiology, Cardiac Rehab, Pulmonary Rehab, and Dermatology
- Onsite Laboratory, Radiology, Sonography and Pharmacy services
- Additional integrated services include Dietary support, Diabetic educators, Social Services, embedded Pharmacist, and embedded Behavioral Health counselor
- Physician and APP Partnership exist to manage a panel of patients
- Call is 1:7 telephone only, and supported by nurse advisory line
- Opportunity to teach medical students
- Opportunity to moonlight in Convenient Care, which is open 365 days a year, providing extended access for patients beyond traditional clinic hours
- Opportunity for academic and/or research affiliation with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine, the nation’s first medical school focused at the intersection of healthcare and engineering
